The Obama’s put their children into the Political Spotlight
What’s next?! Will Barack and Michelle have their young children giving political speeches? Malia is 10-years-old and Sasha is 7-years-old.
Barack “Che” Obama makes a Parental Decision to put his children on the TV show Access Hollywood, for an interview with Maria Menounos.
After Malia and Sasha had already been interviewed, Barack “Che” Obama realizes that it was a foolish Parental Decision, and does another one of his infamous flip-flops:
: All right, and one final thing. We saw you with your children in the last couple of days, the whole family sitting and talking. Is this the future?
: No. You know, it was an exception. It was Malia’s birthday. We were in Montana. Everybody was having a good time and I think we got carried away a little bit. Generally what makes them so charming is the fact that they’re not spending a lot of time worrying about TV cameras or politics and we want to keep it that way.
: Sorry you did it?
: … Michelle and I – particularly given the way that it sort of went around the cable stations. I don’t think it’s healthy and it’s something that we’ll be avoiding in the future.
If Barack “Che” Obama can’t even make responsible Parental Decisions, then he certainly cannot be trusted to make the decisions that are required of a President of the United States of America!
The girls made their television debut on “Access Hollywood,” in a segment taped last week in Montana; the first of the four-part interview was shown on Tuesday.
.. On Wednesday morning, in an interview on NBC’s “Today” show, Matt Lauer asked Mr. Obama whether he had made the right call in granting interviews with the girls.
.. And on ABC’s “Good Morning America,” co-host Diane Sawyer also asked about the girls’ exposure on television.
The interview was “taped last week”!?! It took Barack and Michelle a week before realizing that they had made a terrible Parental Decision!?! Heck, apparently they did not even realize their mistake…until actually seeing the interview on TV. It looks like there are three more taped segments to be broadcast. I wonder if Barack and Michelle will try to stop those three segments from being shown.
Question: Who wears the ‘Pants’ in Barack’s family?
Later in the interview, Michelle Obama poked fun at her husband’s fashion sense, saying “I think it’s funny he’s involved in this fashion icon stuff. These pants, he’s had for probably about 10 years.”
“And that belt,” Malia added, leading the interviewer, Obama’s wife and his daughter to all join in making fun of his pants and belt.
Apparently Barack gets to ‘wear’ them, and gets nagged for doing so. Michelle also nagged him about his shoes. BTW, that’s not the first time that Michelle has nagged Barack in front of national TV; however, it is the first time that I have actually seen one of his daughters joining in on the nagging.
Barack “Che” Obama is a flip-flopper extraordinaire, terrible at making even simple Parental Decisions, and is both a nagged husband and father…and, the Democratic Party’s Presidential candidate. Sheesh…
