My post – History of the Arab-Islam Slave Trade – will soon be off the front-page here, and so I am starting a new Page under The Pages section. I have updated the original post, by adding four new videos, for a total of six videos. Intro from original post:
This is a history of slavery that is rarely addressed by the likes of a Jeremiah Wright, a Fard Muhammad, an Elijah Muhammad, a Malcolm X, a Louis Farrakhan, a Jesse Jackson, an Al Sharpton, a Keith Ellison, a Warith Muhammad, or a Siraj Wahhaj.
While slavery only lasted 3 centuries in the west, it has lasted 14 centuries in the Middle East and exists today in many Muslim countries.
The reason there were not that many black descendants in the middle east is because the black male children were castrated so they could not reproduce.
This is part of the legacy of slavery that most African American people should know.
Arab philosopher Ibn Khaldun, expressed racist attitudes toward black Africans: “The only people who accept slavery are the Negroes, owing to their low degree of humanity and their proximity to the animal stage,” Khaldun wrote. Another Arab writer, of the 14th Century, asked: “Is there anything more vile than black slaves, of less good and more evil than they?”
Timbuktu…many different cultures working together…Libraries…Universities…then mosques…Sankore Madrasah (University) were already established around 1270-1325, when Europe was still struggling to gain credibility during the renaissance.
Trade carvans had carried Central Africa’s gold across the deserts, since the days of the Romans. During the middle ages, the volume skyrocketed, with 2-3 tons of gold traversing the Sahara each year…Gold, and the then valuable salt (eighty pound blocks of it…worth its weight in gold) traversed the deserts trade routes to Mecca.
Although gold and salt were immensely profitable in the Sahara, another commodity stood alone as the most prized of all – SLAVES…From the African interior, represented half the value of the desert’s commercial traffic. Arab merchants found an already booming slave market, for slavery had been an excepted institution in Central Africa for centuries. Tribes acquired slaves by the thousands, through raids and war, and their owners were eager to sell them to Arab traders.
Arabs noticed the weakness of the Romans in North Africa, and began to court the favor of the Africans – excerpts of DR. JOHN HENRICK CLARKE.
DR. JOHN HENRICK CLARKE SPEAKS OF THE WORST TRAGEDY IMPOSED UPON THE AFRICAN BY THE ARABs …
Estimated 200mil black Africans have died in the last 14 centuries as a result of Arab/Islam tans Sahara’s slaves trade which still exists in many parts of the Muslim world today.
– For some people, any mention of the slave-trading past of the Arab world is rejected as an attempt to minimize the transatlantic trade. Yet a slave trade in the Indian Ocean, Red Sea, and Mediterranean pre-dates the arrival of any significant number of Europeans on the African continent.
That last paragraph explains why the likes of a Jeremiah Wright, a Fard Muhammad, an Elijah Muhammad, a Malcolm X, a Louis Farrakhan, a Jesse Jackson, an Al Sharpton, a Keith Ellison, a Warith Muhammad, or a Siraj Wahhaj have failed to speak out against the Arab-Islam Slave Trade. Fail to speak out, even though slavery still exists today…in the Muslim World.
I don’t try to minimize the transatlantic slave trade…not at all; however, slavery ended in America – Long Ago – after many white Americans died in the Civil War. Black Americans need to get over that past history, and move on with their lives…as Americans. Throw the Wright’s, Malcolm X’s, Farrakhan’s, Cone’s, and that racist Black Liberation Theology out of their lives.
: “Black theology refuses to accept a God who is not identified totally with the goals of the black community. If God is not for us and against white people, then he is a murderer, and we had better kill him. The task of black theology is to kill Gods who do not belong to the black community … Black theology will accept only the love of God which participates in the destruction of the white enemy.
: “…that black theology turns religion into sociology, and Jesus into a black Marxist rebel. While making statements against whites and Asians, it promotes a poor self-image among blacks, and describes the black man as a helpless victim of forces and people beyond his control. Black theology calls for political liberation instead of spiritual salvation.”
