Given all the attention to the ethics matter, it’s worth asking what actually happened back in 1995, 1996, and 1997. The Gingrich case was extraordinarily complex, intensely partisan, and driven in no small way by a personal vendetta on the part of one of Gingrich’s former political opponents. It received saturation coverage in the press; a database search of major media outlets revealed more than 10,000 references to Gingrich’s ethics problems during the six months leading to his reprimand. It ended with a special counsel hired by the House Ethics Committee holding Gingrich to an astonishingly strict standard of behavior, after which Gingrich in essence pled guilty to two minor offenses. Afterwards, the case was referred to the Internal Revenue Service, which conducted an exhaustive investigation into the matter. And then, after it was all over and Gingrich was out of office, the IRS concluded that Gingrich did nothing wrong. After all the struggle, Gingrich was exonerated.
…Gingrich was exonerated. The Washington Post ran a brief story on page five. The Times ran an equally brief story on page 23. And the evening newscasts of CBS, NBC, and ABC — which together had devoted hours of coverage to the question of Gingrich’s ethics — did not report the story at all. Not a word.

Just because the Obama Administration has the legal power to impose its Christmas Tree Tax doesn’t mean it should do so.
The economy is barely growing and nine percent of the American people have no jobs. Is a new tax on Christmas trees the best President Obama can do?
And, by the way, the American Christmas tree has a great image that doesn’t need any help from the government.

..The union has already won back pay for workers who were not earning the minimum wage, sometimes amounting to as much as $500.

Confessions of a Conservative: I’m a “Dear MoveOn member” and on the MoveOn.org Political Action mailing list.
I forget how I became a “Dear MoveOn member”, but do recall that my reason for joining was to see what they were doing. They send out lots of emails, and were especially busy during the push for Obamacare. When I got an email from them, I would basically do the opposite of what they were asking, e.g. when an email arrived asking me to call or write Rep. Allen Boyd (D-FL2) to show my support for Obamacare, I would call or write my opposition to it.
Yesterday, the following email arrived – What Rep. Boyd voted for:
The bum just flipped from a NO to a YES vote on Obamacare, and MoveOn.org wants me to thank him for it!?! I moved to Dixie County, FL last year, and never expected to have another Democrat Representative representing me here…I mean its “DIXIE” County! Rep. Corrine Brown (D-FL3) was my last Representative, and I thought she was bad! At least I knew where she stood on issues.
Rep. Allen Boyd (D-FL2) likes to claim that he is a “Blue Dog” Democrat. He is not, as his recent votes reflect. Rep. Allen Boyd (D-FL2) is clearly just another “MoveOn.org” Democrat!

Democrats propose $1.9T increase in debt limit:
Senate Democrats on Wednesday proposed allowing the federal government to borrow an additional $1.9 trillion to pay its bills, a record increase that would permit the national debt to reach $14.3 trillion … The latest increase comes on top of a stopgap $290 billion measure that cleared the Senate on Christmas Eve. Given the country’s finances, that measure would last only about six weeks, lawmakers said, requiring the far larger measure that’s pending.
Obama and the Democrat Congress gave us a “$290 billion” bill, on Christmas Eve, and are already asking for more?!? The People need to “crackdown” on Obama and the entire Democrat Congress, and force them to cut down on spending so they can pay the bills!

Obama Fails in Haiti
A 7.0 magnitude – THAT’S 7.0 – earthquake hit Haiti over five days ago (last Tuesday), and today Obama went to ‘rescue’ Democratic candidate Martha Coakley in her Massachusetts’ open US Senate seat race.
Obama promised that he would lead the effort to aid Haiti. In ideal conditions it can take 3-5 days for a human to die of thirst; however, without water, it could take less than a day in humid conditions while exposed to the sun for a human to die from dehydration. Hours later, a frail resident of the home perished in the afternoon heat.

The Racist and Two-Faced Democrat Party
The Democrat Party – and their supporters – helped to elect a man who had been a member of the racist TUCC group for over 20 years, i.e. Barack Obama, and still have the audacity to claim that the Republican Party is racist.
Before Obama was elected, I had never realized how many black racists there are. Heck, if black Americans are teaching the hatred of whites in their so-called churches, then that suggests that black children are being taught to hate whites from birth.
Remember the uproar over Trent Lott in 2002?
Illinois Senator Barack Obama (D-13th), who hosted WVON’s Cliff Kelley Show, challenged the Republican Party to repudiate Lott’s remarks and to call for his resignation as senate leader … He said: “The Republican Party itself has to drive out Trent Lott.”
Now – Obama forgives Reid; In 2002, he demanded Lott’s ouster:
Today, President Obama announced that he has forgiven Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., for saying that Obama was an acceptable presidential candidate due to his light skin and lack of “Negro dialect.”
Such examples of Democrats’ hypocrisy are too numerous to list here. Black racists like National Action Network head Al Sharpton, Democratic strategist Donna Brazile, NAACP Chairman Julian Bond, House Majority Whip James Clyburn, Congressional Black Caucus Chairwoman Rep. Barbara Lee and Leadership Conference on Civil Rights chief Wade Henderson forgive or ignore what Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said, but they were all demanding that Trent Lott resign from his leadership position.

Obama: The Buck Stops with Me, uh…Sometimes
Obama is truly an “Empty-Suit.” He is one of the weakest leaders in the world today, and certainly the worse President that America has ever had. He wants credit for doing nothing, and refuses to accept blame for anything that he has done wrong or caused (in which case he blames “Bush”). Actually, such weakness of character and leadership are the Modus Operandi of the entire Democrat Party, e.g. their environmentalists refused to take blame for the problems they had caused during/after Hurricane Katrina … the financial collapse that was caused by their subprime policies … the Social Security issues, etc.

Obama’s adviser Van Jones shouts – No más! No más! … No más!
President Barack Obama’s adviser Van Jones has resigned amid controversy over past inflammatory statements, the White House said early Sunday … Fox News Channel host Glenn Beck repeatedly denounced Jones after a group the adviser co-founded, ColorofChange.org, led an advertising boycott against Beck’s show to protest his claim that Obama is a racist.
Looks like Beck kicked the black racist Jones’ arse…BIG Time!!! We can all thank Rev. Jeremiah Wright for ‘Opening the Door’ on Black Racism in America. IMHO, it’s too late for black racists like Van Jones and Henry Louis Gates to close that ‘Door’ now, since America has had a clear look at what black racists are about.
Like most Americans, I was shocked to see such hatred being taught by Rev. Jeremiah Wright at his “Church of Hate” – a clearly racist church (so-called “church”) – where Obama had been a member for over 20-years. Obama has brought “CHANGE,” he has helped to expose black racism here in America, and that storyline has only just begun…

The newest product is Soylent Green – a small green wafer which is advertised as being produced from “high-energy plankton”. It is much more nutritious and palatable than the red and yellow varieties, but it is—like most other food—in short supply, which often leads to riots.
Soylent Green was about the Government controlling and rationing food. BTW, Soylent Green was made from humans. ObamaCare is about the Government controlling and rationing our healthcare…so far. If you are old, Obama says you should take pain pills instead of having expensive surgical procedures, since you will be dead soon anyway.

Gone ‘HUT’ shopping…
UPDATE: Baring any setback before closing, it looks like I will be staying in Florida – Dixie County, Florida – north of Old Town, and .7-miles from the Suwannee River’s Turner Point Landing boat ramp. Great location, i.e. its private and the area is ideal for poaching manatee – with Manatee Springs State Park nearby. Manatees are another one of the Government’s “protected species,” so poaching is best done under the cover of darkness. I will be able to leave at sunset, harpoon a manatee or two, and be back at the skinning-shed long before sunrise. My new 16’ harpoon should arrive this week:
Well, actually remote land shopping, since I will be building the ‘HUT’. Just sold my property in Florida and will close on it around 8 May ’09. Lots of work packing then moving stuff to storage, and looking for property at the same time … hoping to end up around the Okefenokee Swamp, probably around Fargo, Georgia.
Trying to find areas where the Building Codes are not restrictive and obscene is not easy. A couple of areas in Florida – e.g. around Dixie County – are still a little flexible, but land costs are still too high for my future plans. Electricity has spoiled me, and Government now basically owns the electrical companies since it controls the permitting process. Hard to build a 96 to 400 square foot ‘HUT’ (with electricity) to live in, with the Government looking over your shoulders at every step.
I may be out of internet access for a couple of months, starting just prior to 8 May ’09, and won’t be doing any updates to my blog after that. However, Alltel has some Wireless Internet plans, but they don’t guarantee reception even if their coverage map shows an area being covered. If they will let me check it out first, I may give it a try, but being locked into a 2 year $69.00-a-month contract isn’t very appealing if your ‘HUT’ area ends up out of a reception area.

Al, you black racist, Obama didn’t write the stimulus bill, in case you didn’t know or notice. BTW, Al isn’t alone in his idiotic accusations, and now some black racist NY Congressman – on Matthews’ Hardball show – is complaining. New York Congressman on chimp cartoon: “Horrific”.
Oh, and today, we had Attorney General Eric Holder saying:

Barack Obama took the oath of Office of President today after having been elected mostly by black racists and anti-Americans. He is now President of the United States of America, but I don’t offer him my support or respect, and I won’t recognize him as my President, no more than I would had a ‘David Dukes’ been elected.
David Duke has spent over 40-years being involved with racists and racist groups. Barack Obama was a member of a racist group for 20-years. The above quote by James Hal Cone represents what was taught at Obama’s racist TUCC. TUCC supported, promoted and taught the racist doctrine of Black Liberation Theology. Obama’s mentor, friend and Pastor – Jeremiah Wright – taught and preached that racist doctrine. Obama has made racist and sexist (especially directed towards white women) statements.

Here’s the Hollywood inaugural celebration you didn’t see splashed all over TV: Rappers Young Jeezy and Jay-Z crazily cursing their heads off and screaming “Nigga” this and “Nigga” that as a crowd goes wild to Jeezy’s national anthem: “My President Is Black.”
Barack Obama even invited black racists to his inauguration:

During the Democratic primaries and general election campaign, anyone who suggested that Obama’s supporters were voting for him because he was black – i.e. Identity Politics – was quickly attacked and called a racist; however, after now seeing the mountain of news reports on Obama being black, the reactions on the election, and now the reactions at the inauguration, it is abundantly clear that Barack Obama was indeed elected because of his skin color.

Segregated Racism
Barack Obama is a supporter of what I call – Segregated Racism, i.e. that Black Racism is OK, but White Racism is not. Barack Obama followed and practiced the racist doctrine of Black Liberation Theology for twenty years. James Cone – considered by many as the main founder of Black Liberation Theology – had this to say about racism:

Heck, even the color-blind blogosphere wasn’t good enough for black activists, i.e. they wanted it to be segregated, so they started a Black Blogosphere or Afrosphere.
So much for all the years spent fighting for integration…
